Since the 80 s: Squale and the Italian Navy
The partnership with the Italian Navy dates back to the 1980 s, when Squale was twice awarded the contract to supply professional diving watches for the Gruppo Operativo Subacquei (G.O.S.), based in La Spezia. In 2022, Squale renewed the partnership with the already sold-out model Master Marine Militare .
This year a Squale Master, made of titanium for the first time, bears the name and emblem of the Palombari del COMSUBIN. Every detail of the watch has Squale in coordinated with the military corps. These include the Palombari logo on “ 6 a.m. ” , The blue dial, the blue and brushed ceramic bezel and a wristband included, which is made of the same fabric as the unit's camouflage suit.
